What is the difference between once-off and renewal fees?
Once-off fees are paid for completed services, whereas renewal fees are paid for ongoing services.
What is a domain name?
A domain name is a web address where your website is located on the internet. It is the name people type in their browser to visit your website. Our domain name is Jumi.co.za. It is unique to us in the same way your domain name will be unique to you. Domain names are an ongoing service so it has renewal fees.
What is a hosting plan?
A hosting plan is the service offered by an internet provider to store your website files on their computers. The hosting plan includes your email accounts. Hosting plans are an ongoing service so it has renewal fees.
Which package should I choose?
Choose a package that will support your goals. Landing pages are ideal for advertising, marketing and lead generation activities with minimal content. Basic websites are for anyone starting out that wants a professional online presence but doesn’t have much content yet. A standard website is for an established company with sufficient content for multiple pages integrated with social media and customer campaigns.
How long does it take to complete a website?
The timeline for website creation depends on content volume and site complexity. Clients with existing content go live faster. During quoting, you’ll receive an estimated creation duration. Our goal is to launch your site within 5-10 days.
What is the payment requirement?
A 50% deposit gets the work started. Any outstanding amount is due when the site is completed.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made via EFT, Debit Card or Credit Card (Payfast). Work will commence once the funds reflect in our account.
What is your BEE level?
We are a BEE level 1 contributor.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes, definitely. You can request a refund within 30 days. Hosting subscriptions, domain name registrations and the on-boarding admin/setup fee is not refundable.

Reza Effendi has been designing websites since 2009. He started with HTML/CSS based templates and then moved to WordPress designs using Elementor themes. These WordPress themes are combined with WooCommerce functionality for easy to use and reliable online shopping sites.
